Updates from Marsha
Mallory Alessi, a Sophomore at ECHS has been selected as a TRIO culinary participant with the MB Hospitality Association, Mallory will be prepping and cooking with the chef’s from Sidewheeler in Conway and all participants will serve guest at the Sheraton Hotel on April 14 at 6:00 pm at the TRIO DINNER, Mallory’s parents and her mentor will be enjoying the evening with her, kudos to Mallory as well as the HOSPITALITY ASSOC, thank you!
Marsha Griffin and Tony Hirsh took their mentor groups to Hard Rock Park for a tour and BBQ sandwiches at BIG D afterward, a good time was had by all, lessons on the physics of the roller coaster and the economic impact of the park on the area were stellar and well received, we want to welcome the PARK to Horry County, thank you Hard ROCK!
Marty Gluntz took his mentor group to Murder Mystery Theater, YES they solved the mystery and had a great time, good communication skills were practiced by all attending. Thanks Mr. Gluntz!
Tony Kroll took his mentor group to play Laser Tag and to have dinner at Rossi’s Italian Restaurant, yum yum, I hear that Carlton Hennigan—a star mentor was very good at laser tag, thanks to Deane Morris for dinner and to Tony and Carlton for being GREAT MENTORS!
